Rate Schedule

Installation Rates:

• Two men and a truck:                          $85/hour                       $108/hour
• Three men and a truck:                       $120/hour                     $150/hour
• Four men and a truck:                         $155/hour                     $195/hour
• Six men and two trucks:                      $225/hour                     $285/hour
• Additional men:                                   +$35/hour                     +$45/hour
• Additional truck:                                  +$30/hr                              N/A

Regular hours of service:                                 Monday – Friday:         8:00- 5:00

Minimums:                               One hour minimum per installation project

Fuel Charge:                            None

Assembly Fees:                        See hourly rate schedule above

Trip Charge:                            $25 flat fee per trip within the metro Atlanta area

Long Distance Charges:           Call for Quote

Fuel Charge:                            None

Art Installations:                       Installation fee reduced to $45/hour for a one man crew or $65/hour for a two man crew when art is purchased direct from International Arts, otherwise the above rates apply.

Cancellation Fees:                   $100.00 cancellation fee if installation, pick-up or delivery is cancelled within 36 hours of scheduled installation.

Crating Fees:                           $75.00 per crate

Storage Rates:                         $1.50 square foot, first 30 days FREE

  Receiving:

Upon receipt, we will open, inspect and blanket wrap each piece, remove cartons and await further instructions.  A Receiving Report notifying you of the pieces received as well as their condition will be faxed or emailed to client within 8 business hours of receipt.

Receiving Instructions:

• Please notify us via facsimile, 770-447-9368 or by email, bmaleski@trimarcinstallation.com, of shipments you are scheduling for us, identifying carrier and shipper, prior to the shipment arriving at our location. 
• Send all LTL, truckload and UPS/Fed-ex shipments to 4525 South Berkeley Lake Road, Norcross, GA, 30071.  
• All LTL and truckload shipments must call 24 hours prior to delivery by calling, 770-447-9308.

Receiving Hours:                     Monday – Friday:                     8:00 am – 3:30 pm

Receiving Fees:

• $30 inspection fee –up to three pieces
• $10.00 for each additional item.
• Uncrating Inspection Charge:  $25.00

Customer Pick-ups:                  Monday – Friday:         8:00 am – 3:30 pm

• $15 dock charge for pick-up by another carrier or customer pick-up.

• Minimum 1 hour notice for customer pick-up.
• Trimarc is not responsible for damages incurred due to improper loading or type of vehicle used.

Pick-up and Delivery:              Within the 7 county metro-Atlanta area.

Pick-up and Deliveries within I-285:                 $55.00 for up to 3 items

USE OUR FREIGHT SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE:

Trimarc through its parent company, International Arts, has negotiated competitive freight rates with national and regional freight carriers.  Take advantage of our discounts and use our freight carriers.  We can arrange to ship your items to and from our facility.  Trimarc is invoiced directly eliminating the need for COD’s. Please contact us with your next shipment.
